Responsibilities
- Configure/Manage/Monitor CCTVs, L2-L3 switches, Routers, ONTs, Firewall and related IT technical facilities, including IP/Digital Phone
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and to resolve network issues in WAN/LAN/WIFI
- Responsible for the administration and technical support of application systems sitting on network infrastructure
- Experience in supporting Windows server technologies and network communication devices
- Enforce security policies and standards, including firewall, VPN, AD, NTFS structure
- Strong technical knowledge for end-users support in desktop, notebook, LAN/WAN architecture cabling, Printers and POS peripherals
- Manage IT assets and resources to ensure optimal capacity for business users
- IT Support includes AV support, POS/Booking computer setup for all events: Roadshow, EXPO, projects, etc.
- Maintain technical documentation and configuration procedure
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering/IT or any relevant field.
- At least 3 years’ experience providing network operational and administration support for Cisco, Huawei, Fortigate products i.e routers, switches, WLAN, Firewall.
- Knowledge in network routing, switching technologies and protocols.
- Knowledge in network security, load balancing and optimisation technologies.
- Able to work extended hours and perform standby duty after office hours when required.
- Possess good technical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Attention to detail and well-versed in documentation.
- Hands on experience in Cloud computing, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Office365 is an added advantage.
- CCNA/CCNP and other network related certification will be an advantage.
- Able to work as a team player and independently.
