The Role:

This is a full-time Operations Intern (6 months) role at SimplyGood. As an Operations Intern, you will be working closely with the founder and responsible for day-to-day operational tasks and projects. This includes daily order fulfilment, inventory management, supply chain coordination, production planning, and quality control. You will also work closely with the marketing team to support marketing operations and learn more about how an FMCG startup works. The role offers flexibility for some remote work, but is located in Singapore.


Responsibilities:


Operations Management

  • Ensure fulfilment & packing of all customer orders and company operations (Ecommerce & Corporate orders)
  • Manage 3PL logistics & fulfilment partners to ensure smooth order fulfilment & customer delivery
  • Manage and maintain inventory and reporting
  • Managing customer service, feedback and operational issues
  • Streamline company’s operational cost (ecommerce cost, processing fees, supply chain, logistics, warehousing, distribution, ...)

Supply chain planning & sourcing

  • Planning supply chain, inventory forecast and procurement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product & marketing team for new product launches, supply chain, manufacturing & procurement
  • Quality control and liaising with new and existing manufacturers

Other Ad Hoc Duties:

  • Implement online campaigns across multiple eCommerce marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, Amazon...)
  • Perform ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

  • Hands on, problem solver and detail oriented
  • Relevant background/ Startup experience / Self starter
  • Self-motivated, independent and ability to execute
  • Able to work successfully within small, unstructured teams and a fast paced environment
