Our client is a leading Sydney-based engineering consultancy specializing in the wind and environmental effects of large-scale developments.
- Provide administrative support, including managing calendars, travel, and reports.
- Coordinate business proposals and support business development efforts (market visits, client meetings).
- Supervise office operations to ensure a tidy and efficient work environment.
- Organize internal/external meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute materials.
- Ensure the secure storage and easy retrieval of confidential records, files, and documents.
- Serve as a point of contact between executives, clients, and teams to facilitate effective communication.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience as an EA in construction or consultancy industry.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM or project management tools.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
