Our client has more than 20 restaurants in Singapore that provide various dining concepts that refined tastes of both local and international food enthusiasts.
- In charge of implementing and managing food safety and quality assurance programs across the Central Kitchen and all outlets.
- Perform training in SOPs, food hygiene and food handling techniques.
- Work closely with vendors and contractors on maintenance matters concerning to food safety and QA issues.
- Ensure all SOPs are adhered to at Central Kitchen & outlets
Requirements:
- Diploma in Food Science & Technology or related field
- At least 2 years of QA experience in the F&B industry.
- Meticulous and highly motivated.
