Responsibilities:
- Inspections and preventive maintenance on Machinery/Forklifts/Compressors
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in equipment.
- Repairs and replacements to minimize production disruptions.
- Use AutoCAD to draft and create accurate mechanical drawings
- Maintain and service forklifts, routine checks, repairs, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of air compressors, ensuring proper operation and efficiency.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.
- Prepare reports on equipment performance and maintenance history.
- Work closely with production teams to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Communicate with management regarding maintenance schedules and equipment status.
- Suggest and implement improvements to maintenance processes and equipment reliability.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in machinery, forklifts, and compressors preferred.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and maintenance software.
- Proficient in using AutoCAD for creating mechanical drawings.
