Restaurant Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

  • Ensure alignment between marketing efforts, menu promotions, and content creation.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Adjust strategies based on market dynamics and customer preferences.
  • Plan and execute events to drive footfall and create memorable dining experiences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for successful event execution.
  • Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget.
  • Monitor expenditures and ensure cost-effective campaigns.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Restaurant Management.
  • Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager in F&B/hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore market trends and customer preferences.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and planning.
  • Creativity in marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and team management.
  • Analytical skills for market research and data analysis.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving revenue targets.
