The Job requirement are stated below:
- Good written & communication skills in English or Mandarin or both.
- Ability to speak third language(s) is an advantage
- Works cohesively and respectfully within the department
- Possesses good interpersonal skills and attentiveness to details
- Works well with a team and supports proactively
- Prioritizes and organizes work efficiently
- Self-motivates and with a positive "Can Do" mindset
- Acts with integrity and high professionalism

- Self-confidence and charisma, able to engage in personal conversation with Guest in a professional manner
- Performs any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by Management.
Qualifications/Experiences
· Customer Relations experience is an added advantage, female preferred.
· Possess a well-groomed appearance and friendly personality
· Ex Airline Crew are welcome to apply
· Previous working experience in hotel, hospitality or travel industry are also welcome to apply
· Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management preferred Experience
