Job Description

  • Assist project managers in planning, organizing, and executing construction projects.
  • Provide direction and support for the project team
  • Monitor and report project progress to all parties concerned
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Track project progress and update project schedules
  • Assist in making budget plan and allocate project resources
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, and document management
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of working experience in renovation/construction field
  • Strong leadership
  • Good communication skills and resources
