Job Description
- Assist project managers in planning, organizing, and executing construction projects.
- Provide direction and support for the project team
- Monitor and report project progress to all parties concerned
- Prepare and maintain project documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Track project progress and update project schedules
- Assist in making budget plan and allocate project resources
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, and document management
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of working experience in renovation/construction field
- Strong leadership
- Good communication skills and resources
