- Reports to Utility Manager
- Coordination between sub-contractors and construction team on excavation works, services diversion, and reinstatement works.
- Provide update of the progress of works in the construction site.
- Supervise subcontractors’ works as per work plan, timeframe, and as per required quality standard of work output.
- Monitor utilities and M&E work executed are in accordance to statutory requirements, construction procedures, and safe work practices.
- Assist other Engineers in preparing the programming of works, scheduling, and monitoring the progress plan.

Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experiences as Utility Engineer
- Candidate with relevant LTA infrastructure project experience is an advantage
- Knowledgeable with various Utilities, M&E works
- Self-motivated, independent individual and possesses great initiative
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Auto CAD is an advantage
