Responsibilities
- Observe and improve company structure, and SOP .
- Responsible for daily office management of the company
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Facilitating communication throughout with company and clients
- Implement and execute company's policies.
- Oversee and improvise on company's daily operations
- Establish and nurture relationships with charging point operators, car park operators) and other key partners in support of our business
- Negotiate and track partnership agreements.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to support our relationships with partners.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in adminstrative, administration Manager role or similar.
- Strong business acumen with an analytical mindset and ability to use data to influence decision-making
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills
