Job scope:
- Market Expansion and New Business Development: Responsible for identifying and entering new markets, expanding the company's global brand clients, especially in the fields of emerging technologies and high value-added products.
- Customer Relationship Management and Opportunity Exploration: Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with potential clients, identify customer needs, and propose solutions to enhance market competitiveness.
- Competitive Analysis and Market Trend Insights: Responsible for researching competitor movements, analyzing market trends, and providing strategic recommendations to adjust business direction.
Product Promotion and Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to showcase the company's technological advantages and product value, aiming to increase market share - Product and Technology Innovation: Focus on high value-added product innovation and R&D, covering technical fields such as smart hardware, precision mechanical components, and high-end mechanical structures.
- Key Technology R&D: Conduct in-depth research and development on key technologies such as pivot technology, precision transmission technology, and advanced materials technology to enhance the company's technological competitiveness in the high-end smart equipment field.
- Talent Acquisition and Collaboration: Recruit top global R&D talent, especially experts with backgrounds in intelligent manufacturing, mechanical structure design, and materials science. Collaborate with local universities and innovation centers to promote technological exchange and development.
- Finance Center: Responsible for financial management of the Singapore company, including budgeting, fund management, tax compliance, and financial reporting, ensuring efficient fund operations in compliance with Singapore and international financial regulations.
- Operations and Legal Center: Ensure operational compliance and provide legal support, including contract review, risk management, corporate governance, and business process optimization, ensuring business activities proceed smoothly within a legal framework.
- Administration and Human Resources Center: Responsible for daily administrative management, human resources management, and employee welfare, ensuring a good working environment for employees. Provide support for recruitment, training, and team building to enhance overall work efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Bilingual in order to liaise with Chinese clients
- Proven experience in market expansion, business development, or related management roles.
- Strong understanding of industry markets, with the ability to develop and implement effective market strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, judgment, and decision-making abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
