Job Duties:
• New technology yield and performance analysis for product development.
• Co-work with Fab to solve yield/performance related issue and provide process directions for yield improvement and ramp up.
• Communicate with customer to bring up new product yield and support product characterization.
Job Qualification:
•Bachelor degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials science, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
•8+year's expereince in Product Engineering
•Fab knowledge is preferred
•Team leader with good communication/ coordination skill.
•Knowledge in Yield and Failure Analysis Management
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Capability to manage a team of engineers.
