Job Description
- Handle full set of accounts for a Singapore entity.
- Process and record payment to suppliers and staffs.
- Prepare monthly reporting pack for consolidation.
- Prepare quarterly forecast and annual budget.
- Prepare quarterly GST submission and withholding tax (if any).
- Conduct physical stock count and reconciliation.
- Assist in preparation of management and other reports when required.
- Assist in monitoring trade receivables collection.
- Review the accuracy of financial statements for Malaysia and Thailand entities.
- Liaise with Thailand finance team on finance and accounting matters.
- Main contact to liaise with finance team in China.
- Travelling might be required.
- Assist in ad hoc assignment as and when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, ACCA, CA or equivalent.
- At least 3 years’ experience in handling full set of accounts.
- Candidate with audit experience background is preferred.
- Experience with SAP B1 is preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Words, Outlook).
- Able to communicate well in Mandarin verbally and in writing to liaise with associates in China.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and under tight deadlines.
- Candidates with shorter notice period is preferred.
