Qualifications
- O Levels / ITE or relevant experience in recruitment
- Good knowledge of labour laws and legislations
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- A good team player, mature and with initiative
Requirements
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies and hiring plans
- Source candidates proactively, screen relevant candidates, present candidates to hiring managers and provide coaching on talent assessment, make hiring recommendations
- Manages any budget allocation for job board posting
- Interview candidates and apply selection criteria
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all logistical aspects are managed
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are met
