Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in recording invoices and filing documents accordingly.
- Prepare tax invoices, delivery orders, and maintain inventory records.
- Arrange the meeting room for the Director and Manager.
- Prepare payment vouchers and organize filing.
- Support the Manager and Executive in the day-to-day execution of activities and related tasks.
- Collect and compile data.
Office Operations:
- Answer phone and email inquiries.
- Maintain office cleanliness.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Singaporean, Permanent Residents, or Dependent Pass holders.
- Detail-oriented.
- Immediate hiring available.

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
