Our client who is a leading architecture firm is seeking a Design Architect in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on space planning assignments, conceptual and schematic design, design development, design and tender documentation and construction site supervision.
- Develop and execute design activities in accordance with project timelines.
- Prepare and communicate presentations (using pptx or other media).
- Coordinate with consultants, regulatory agencies, and other collaborators to achieve project objectives.
- Prepare designs adhere to local regulatory requirements.
- Review shop drawing submittals and material samples.
- Conduct site observations to monitor contractor’s construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Actively participate in design and site meetings to resolve issues.
- Administer SIA, PSSCOC contract for construction.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Graduated with a recognized Degree in Architecture and registered with the Board of Architects, Singapore.
- Possesses 7 years of relevant experience.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
