- Managing the retail shop/location and all selling functions, including handling the point-of-sale terminal, NETS/credit card terminal, etc.
- Merchandising the shop/sales counter, maintaining adequate inventory levels, tidiness, cleanliness, and other related duties.
- Attending to customers’ inquiries, feedback and complaints.
- Performing stock take and submitting sales report to wholesale executive.
- Keeping yourself well-informed about the benefits of health supplements, health foods, natural/organic personal care and household cleaning products.
- Promoting and achieving a satisfactory level of sales through excellent customer service, good product knowledge, honesty and integrity.
- Undertake various relevant ad hoc duties as assigned.
