Salary structure: Open budget + fixed 13th month + bonus (min 2 months) 2-3 rounds of interview to offer. 5 days in office at CBD. • Lead the design of wallet features for Web3 Wallet
• Responsible for defining the product roadmap within the team, driving product launches, user growth, and feature promotion
• Deeply understand user needs, develop product strategies to address pain points, and optimize user experience
• Work closely with the technical, design, and marketing teams to ensure timely and quality product development
• Oversee the product lifecycle, from concept to release, ensuring the project is completed within budget and timeframe.
• Track industry trends and competitors, make improvement suggestions to keep the product competitive.
skills and requirements
• Min of 3 years of product-related experience
• Bachelor’s degree or above, with blockchain product experience and basic blockchain knowledge
• Experience in on-chain transactions (swap), DeFi, airdrops, meme trading, etc., is preferred
• Sharp market insight with the ability to respond quickly to industry changes and formulate appropriate strategies.
• Passion for the blockchain industry, willingness to learn new industry knowledge, strong execution, and high stress tolerance
