Job Description
- Full support to Project Manager in project implementation.
- Attend meetings as required and follow-up with issues raised.
- Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.
- Work closely with other site operations staff to met the project schedule.
- Ensure installation is carried out as per instructions and approved specifications.
- Keep and maintain proper and updated site records on progress of work and report to superior.
- Monitor, coordinate and keep track of the site work progress to ensure all work is carried out in quality and efficiency manner.
- Assign job task to workers and conduct daily briefing.
- Ensure compliance of WSH Regulation & Safety Procedure.
- Close monitoring of jobs and provide neccessary updates to internal division.
- Responds to customers feedback and inquiries, provide good client support and maintaining a good relationship.
- Identifying and resolving workplace problems.
- Providing reports and activity updates to management.
- Performs any other related duties as asisgned.
- Any other ad-hoc duties and taskes assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of working experience in the construction industry (preferably in cable) for this position.
- Possess Advance Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health, Risk Management, and First Aid certified.
- Possess driving license and good knowledge of WSH Act.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multi-task, adapt, and quick on feet to handle challenges on site.
- Proactive attitude, self-motivated, strong problem-solving ability, and communication skills.
