about the job
- Conduct market research and analysis of trends in oil, oil products, energy, power
- Provide timely insight into market dynamics, supply-demand balances, price trends
- Identifying business and investment opportunities
- Develop, evaluate, and execute of business strategies
- Develop and maintain energy/power market models
- Prepare reports, dashboards to senior management and stakeholders
- Assess short and long term risk in energy markets and provide recommendations
- Occasional business trips
- Potential to business development role

skills and experience required
- At least 3 years of related experience in energy/trading/related field
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Experience in Excel/Python/Power BI/ Tableau/ Bloomberg/Platts
- Deep understanding of fossil-based fuels market (trends, key players, regulations, environmental policies)
- Excellent communication skills, team player
- Familiar with trading platforms and risk management
