Admin Assistant

  • Penjuru (Transport Pickup Provided at: Jurong East, Choa Chu Kang, Bishan & Serangoon)
  • Monday - Friday: 8.30am to 6.00pm
  • S$ 2,200 - 2,800

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate training programs, workshops, and seminars for employees and track records.
  • Administer and manage corporate and employee insurance policies.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and compliance for interns/apprentices.
  • Handle work passes, visas, and regulatory requirements for foreign candidates.
  • Manage IT service providers and ensure smooth communication.
  • Maintain ISO certification and facilitate audits.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, take minutes, prepare reports/presentations, and manage executive calendars.

Requirements

  • Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Accounting, or related field.
  • Administrative/coordination experience (L&D, insurance, HR).
