Our client is an established and well-diversified group of companies, with building construction & civil engineering being one of their core activities. Currently, they are seeking for Accounts Executive to be part of the team.
JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)
- Handle full set of accounts for monthly closing which includes:-
- Raise invoices
- Raise journals
- Input of invoices and payment of invoices
- Preparation of suppliers’ payment
- Cash book maintenance
- Cash flow projection
- Monthly Management Reports
- GST preparation and submission
- Tax preparation and submission
- Preparation and sending out the monthly Statement of Accounts to customers
- Quarterly, half yearly and year-end financial closing.
- Preparation of Financial Statements for year-end closing
- Preparation of Audit Schedules
- XBRL preparation and submission of Financial Statements
- Assist in internal and external audit
- Assist in tax and GST queries
- Ensure compliances of accounting standards and regulations
- Other duties as assigned by Departmental Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in accounting field
- A good team player, and able to work under fast-paced environment
