Job Description
- Conduct detailed financial modelling and sensitivity analyses to support investment underwriting and valuation of real estate assets.
- Assist in market research and competitive analysis to assess the viability and potential returns of new investment opportunities.
- Support due diligence processes by gathering, verifying and analysing data related to property acquisitions and dispositions.
- Prepare investment memos, presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and external investors.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing portfolio assets, identifying areas for improvement and flagging potential risks.
- Track industry trends, market conditions and economic factors to provide strategic insights into the real estate sector.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate, investment banking, private equity or a related financial role.
- Strong financial modelling skills.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with real estate investment structures and market analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to identify key investment risks and opportunities.
