About the Role - Advise the on-site team to discharge their statutory duties under the WSH Act. Assist in identifying workplace safety, health, and environmental risks, and recommend and implement necessary control measures. Disseminate and implement updates on the WSH Act, environmental, and other legal requirements. Conduct and review risk assessments, aspect and impact analysis, and recommend safety measures, safe work procedures, and environmental matters. Maintain EHS management system documents and ensure enforcement. Monitor and report EHS performance regularly, including timely incident investigations and reporting. Assist the Facilities & Ops Manager in rehearsing emergency response plans and procedures. Conduct environmental, health, and safety audits for site operations and recommend continual improvements. Qualify contractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with the company's site environmental, health, and safety standards and policies. Review and identify safety competency training for site staff on safe work practices and procedures. Organize EHS outreach activities and promotional programs for ENGIE site staff. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.


Qualifications - Minimum Degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Occupational Health, Occupational Hygiene, Ergonomics, Psychology, Physics, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or other topics relevant to Occupational Safety and Health

FSM would be an advantage
