Job Description
- Lead the maintenance and continuous improvement of the company's Risk Management System and related documentation.
- Ensure proactive risk management in compliance with ISO 31000 and all relevant legal, regulatory, and client requirements, and actively participate in audits.
- Develop, update, and improve the Risk Management Guidelines and other instructional materials.
- Oversee the risk register, ensuring transparency for risk and mitigation owners, and facilitate regular risk reviews.
- Support the Senior Manager of Risk Management with risk reporting and coordination of risk committees.
- Ensure all data centers have standardized Threat, Vulnerability, and Risk Assessments (TVRA), reviewed annually.
- Prepare risk analyses and the Annual Risk Report, including ad-hoc assessments when necessary.
- Implement and maintain Risk Reports for clients and business partners.
- Work with property insurance teams on site risk assessments and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
- Promote awareness of Crisis Management (CM) and Business Continuity Management (BCM) through training programs.
- Foster strong relationships across data center sites and internal departments.
- Monitor and address emerging risk trends.
- Lead the standardization of risk management tools across the organization.
- Contribute to management reports on risk management topics and support departments with risk-related queries.
- Advocate for a holistic approach to resilience, facilitating collaboration between Risk Management, Insurance, Travel Security, and CM & BCM.
- Ensure alignment of risk management practices with the Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Collaborate with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and Security Management teams in coordinating resilience measures.
The Successful Applicant
- A University Degree (Master's/Bachelor's) in any relevant field
- Strong understanding of Risk Management principles and relevant standards (e.g., ISO 31000)
- Over 6 years of experience in Risk Management in a regional capacity
- Additional relevant certifications or professional training are an advantage
- Ability to think strategically with a focus on solutions and achieving business objectives
- Demonstrates an organized, independent working style while remaining adaptable to changing circumstances
- Effective collaborator in a multicultural and diverse team environment
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to take initiative in problem-solving
