We are looking for a Management Trainee to join our dynamic team at our food court in the Central. As a Management Trainee, you will be exposed to various aspects of restaurant operations and gain hands-on experience in managing daily operations, customer service, and staff coordination. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in food service management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Supervise and coordinate with food court staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service quality.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback and resolve any issues promptly.
- Assist in stock management and ordering of supplies.
- Help with scheduling and rostering of staff shifts.
- Support the implementation of safety and hygiene standards.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports.
- Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and develop.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate (proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
- 1 weekday off as per roster.
