- Work with the manager to deal with daily administrative affairs, including document organisation, filing, meeting arrangement and record, etc
- To act as customer liaison officer to ensure that clients' queries and requirements are met
- Coordinate with client on collection and delivery services via emails and phone calls
- Work with the technical department on scheduling and allotting of manpower for work orders
- To maintain and update projects database.
- To follow up on workflow processes in the administration department. Generate delivery orders, invoices, forms, reports and efficiently send out documents.
- Able to handle ambiguity and confidentiality
- Back-up for team members
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the manager
Requirements:
- Min. NITEC
- One Saturday (half day) Every three weeks
- Computer literate
