Project Management Officer (PMO)
- Salary Range: Basic $3000 - $3800 + Performance Bonus
- Working day& time: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
- Working location: Kaki Bukit Avenue 1
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, Interior Design or related professional certification.
1 - 2 years of experience in project management or a related role within the construction industry.
Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance in the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the operation team in planning construction works to ensure the projects meet the budget and due date.
- Conduct site visits to monitor the project progress.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project alignment and timely completion.
- Manage workers to ensure they complete the tasks according to instruction given.
- Track and report project progress to project manager, including work schedule, overtime arrangement, budgets, and resource used.
- Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and properly maintained.
- Ensure all projects meet the requirement of safety standards and SOP.
- Help to resolve issues at work site.
