• Handling day-to-day administration, such as data entry, filing, and processing letters
• Responding to customer inquiries and complaints, and providing solutions
• Generating and following up on documentation, such as invoices, quotations, and purchase orders
• Maintaining office equipment and supplies, and ensuring the smooth running of the office
• No experience needed. Training will be provided
• Full-time position.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
