- Understands the Bank’s network, processes & change windows.
- Deliver technical solutions to clients and take responsibility for the standards of work, project sign off and client satisfaction in Day 1.
- Provide support, assisting with troubleshooting and design, configuration and escalated problem management, only when required.
- Expected to possess strong ownership on the tasks assigned and to ensure completion end-to-end according to the expected project outcome.
- Perform configurations, action installations and attend to break/fix events.
- Own larger portions of an installation, break/fix incidents at a low to medium level of complexity.
- Take responsibility for problem resolution and troubleshooting.
- Respond to escalated requests and support client applications to a first line resolution.
- Escalate complex problems to the relevant third parties.
- Assist with the documentation of standard operating procedures relating to installations and fixes.
- Compile and maintain project administration.
- Conduct elementary presentations within the customer's organization.

· Cisco Routing and Switching Technologies
· F5 LTM
· Cisco ACI
