We are looking for a Personal Assistant to assist the Director in customer aquisition activities. This is a customer-facing position and will require occasion face-to-face meetings. Maintains a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to visitors, customers, and vendors in person, online, and via telephone. Other responsibilities include:
- Arranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments
- Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents
- Creates agendas and takes meeting notes
- Follow up with customers on their requirements and prepare quotations for their consideration
