Job Description
- Design and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media.
- Develop annual marketing plans and oversee A&P budgets to optimize resource allocation.
- Analyse sales performance data and market trends to contribute to campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor competitive landscapes and industry developments to support marketing strategies.
- Create insightful reports and presentations for management and sales team reviews.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners including creative agencies and suppliers.
- Work closely with product development team on packaging design, product enhancements and new product development.
- Manage daily operations, including monitoring product inventory and responding to consumer feedback.
Requirements
- A passion for marketing and product management, with a creative mindset for developing innovative campaigns.
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Min. 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG sector.
- Good analytical skills, able to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
