Job Description:
- Updating and maintaining records and documentation for the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 13485 systems.
- Manage internal and external audit system as well corrective action reporting system.
- Monitor and review supplier performance to address non-conforming materials.
- Work closely with production team on internal process and quality issue.
- Coordinate the review of quality procedures and manage the inspection standard on incoming, in process and outgoing inspections.
- Handling customer complaints and ensure all corrective actions to customers are implemented and documented.
- Plan regular internal inspections in accordance with relevant procedures.
- Perform another related task as assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- With working experiences from tooling fabrication or plastics injection molding industry preferred
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485 and ISO 22301 quality system
- Knowledge in supplier management
- Knowledge in Potential Failure Mode Effect Analysis (PFMEA), Control Plans .and Gage Repeatability & Reproducibility (GR&R)
