- Basic up to $5000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Location: City Hall
- Working days: Monday to Friday (Normal working hours)
- Training is provided for those with/without lesser experience
- Multiple roles available: Junior or Senior, Project and Tender
Job Responsibilities:
- Quantity take off / BOQ
- To source quotations for relevant trade works including price comparison and cost analysis;
- Ability to raise tender queries/ design discrepancies timely for clarification;
- Ability to handle tender correspondences and addendum to update changes made to tender documents;
- To assist in compilation of tender submission including tender qualification; and
- Other Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Possess Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying;
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided
