- General cost & contract matters
- Access and evaluate projects costs for budgeting and forecasting
- Liaise with External Cost Consultants on cost estimates, tender processes, cost engineering, tender awards, VOs liaision and checking with external Cost Consultants, final accounts settlement, and Letter of Awards (or Letter of Intent) drafting and liaising with Legal.
Job Requirement
- 3 to 5 years of experience with Degree from relevant Universities or Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying
- Skills: Contracts Administration, Quantity Surveying
