Your new role
• Responsible and support F&A Manager to ensure smooth operation of all HR, Admin, and facility matters and ensure compliance to statutory regulations including coordinating company events.
• Responsible to prepare internal and external reports timely and accurately to Management, Head Office and statutory authorities.
• To maintain the office environment, office security and equipment, and ensure smooth operations of general administration to meet company needs
• To continuously enhance the administrative support in the company
• To work within allocated budget set for the department and to maintain cost-consciousness in bringing about organizational efficiency.
• Assist to guide, coach and lead team and improve processes/procedures
• Administrative support to HOD
What you'll need to succeed
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant work experience or combined experience in HR/similar capacity.
• Diploma/Degree Education Level in HR
• Experience of leading a team preferred
