Key Responsibilities:


Project Onboarding & API Support: Facilitate the onboarding process for new projects and make necessary adjustments to API systems to meet project requirements.


Documentation & Approvals: Prepare clear and detailed documentation for management review and follow up to ensure timely approvals.


Communication & Issue Management: Communicate effectively with team members and projects, addressing unexpected issues and requirements with adaptability.


Continuous Learning & Development: Demonstrate a proactive attitude toward learning and skill development, especially in project-facing and technical areas.


Requirements:


Education: Recent graduates are welcome to apply, ideally with a background in IT or a related field.


Technical Skills: Basic understanding of IT fundamentals, with some experience or familiarity with Linux. General knowledge of API systems and their functionality.


Language Proficiency: Due to the nature of the project, proficiency in Mandarin is essential to effectively communicate with specific stakeholder groups.


Soft Skills: Strong communication abilities and a positive attitude toward tackling new challenges. High attention to detail with a thorough approach to all tasks.
