Responsibilities:
- Support the NPI (New Product Introduction) process and production runs.
- Provide support for various product configuration setups.
- Prepare and revise work instructions (W/I).
- Assist engineers in executing all production-related tasks.
- Conduct training on work instructions for new hires.
- Participate in ISO activities, including implementation and maintenance.
- Engage in Kaizen activities.
Requirements:
- Nitec or higher qualification in engineering with 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Good team player
- Able to multi-task & work under pressure
- Ability to collaborate effectively with peers, engineers, and supervisors.
