SUMMARY

We seek a highly motivated and results-driven sales executive to build sales and grow the company by promoting and selling our educational products and programs. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building, and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop sales strategies to promote the centre's enrichment programs and services to increase revenue and customer base. This may involve collaborating with other team members to create marketing materials, attending trade shows or conferences, and conducting outreach efforts to potential clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring that they are satisfied with the centre's services and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Set, analyse and achieve sales targets to guide sales performance in the organisation, evaluate and monitor productivity against business objectives, as well as identify factors that affect sales operations in stores. Develop recommendations for improvement.
- Regularly report on sales performance, providing analysis and recommendations for improvement. This may involve tracking sales data, maintaining the sales pipeline, analyzing market trends, and monitoring competitor activity.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth functioning of the centre.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma and above in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a sales executive or in a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of the education industry, particularly coding and STEM education is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
