Job Title: Marketing & Events Administrative Assistant
Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a highly organized and creative Administrative support to their Marketing and Events team. Role will be Administrative focused and will require skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and approval process of marketing content on social media platforms, working closely with Ops Marketing and Vendor to ensure social media post are approved and posted in a timely manner.
- Documentation and maintain a records of the end-to-end processes of social media posting.
- Manage and work with vendor for ad hoc update website or bimonthly regular updates
- Work closely with events team to plan and provide support for pre-event to post events.
- Document and maintain a record of the end-to end process of events progress.
- Design and create marketing materials, such as EDMS and PowerPoint presentation.
- Provide administrative support for marketing and events-related tasks such as processing of invoices, keeping a proper documentation of end-to-end processes, updating excel spreadsheet as well as preparing post event report etc.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, events, or administrative field
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excel and power point especially.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills
- Willing and looking forward to learn new things
Nice to Have:
- Experience with event management and social media management
- Knowledge of Canva or designing background
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
