Job Title: Full Stack Developer & Technical Project Lead (Agritech)

Our platform will integrate AI, blockchain, geospatial data, and agronomic science to optimize farm productivity, support sustainability, and open new revenue streams. We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer & Technical Project Lead to drive platform development in collaboration with external consultants.
About the Role:
As the Full Stack Developer & Technical Project Lead, you will be responsible for:
- developing core features of our agritech platform while serving as the technical point of contact with consultants.
- handle both backend and frontend development, integrate APIs, and guide the technical roadmap to ensure smooth collaboration and delivery of a scalable, secure platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full Stack Development: Lead the development of the platform’s core features, including dashboards, data integration, and user interfaces, using both frontend (e.g., React, Vue) and backend (e.g., Node.js, Python) frameworks.
- Technical Project Management: Act as the primary technical liaison with external consultants, ensuring smooth communication, setting development milestones, and managing timelines.
- API Development and Integration: Design and implement APIs to integrate lab, field trial, and third-party data sources, including blockchain and AI tools as needed.
- Blockchain & Security Integration: Collaborate with consultants to implement blockchain features for data traceability and oversee the platform’s security protocols.
- Scalable Architecture: Ensure the platform is designed for scalability, robustness, and compatibility with future expansion plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in full stack development (React, Node.js, Python preferred), ideally within a tech-focused or agritech environment.
- Project management or lead experience, particularly in coordinating with external vendors or consultants.
- Familiarity with blockchain technology (Ethereum, Hyperledger, etc.) and AI integration is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of APIs and experience in data integration for complex platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical requirements across teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of agricultural or environmental science is a plus.
- Experience working with AI, geospatial data, IoT integration, or agritech applications is an advantage.
