- Provide technical support (onsite/offsite)
- Maintain and support IT systems and infrastructure including Cloud-based systems and e-commerce websites
- Participate in CRM and Mobile App development and subsequent maintenance and enhancements
- Assist in process improvements and recommend best approaches for resolving issues
- Handle projects with different functional teams to define requirements and implementation plan
- Escalate and report any emergency cases to different functional teams
- Compile and analyze incidents and determine the areas of improvement
- Installation, configuration, and deployment of operating systems and software for PC and Laptop
- Provides IT Helpdesk support on hardware, software, and networks problems
- Assist in network and wireless troubleshooting issues
- Knowledge of programming language
- Controlling digital signage/ TV across all the clinics
- Expected to work/ support in ad hoc & weekend if clinics have issues relating to IT
