ABOUT THE ROLE
Keystone Investors is looking for a Singapore-based IT Manager to join our growing team. The candidate will be focused on providing high quality IT support and analysis for Keystone’s core technology infrastructure. This role will be based full-time in Keystone’s Singapore office.
Job Duties:
- Provide onsite and remote technical support to Keystone’s team members in Singapore and globally. Including cloud support, on-premise infrastructure support, network device support, and custom application support.
- Create documentation and knowledge-base articles for common support requests and resolutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for and manage Keystone’s technology vendors.
- Manage the IT hardware and IT software inventory.
- Review hardware and software procurement quotes and invoices.
- Review relevant regulatory IT requirements and checklists (e.g. MAS), and provide feedback to stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- -3+ years of onsite IT support experience.
- 1+ years of IT support experience at a hedge fund or other buyside financial institution.
- Professional and helpful attitude at all times.
- Strong vendor relationship management skills.
- Strong understanding of general IT support including using various methods of remote support.
- Experience with on premise and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with Microsoft M365.
- Experience with MacOS and Windows OS.
- Experience with AWS and Microsoft Azure.
- Experience supporting Bloomberg.
- Experience supporting trading systems (OMS, PMS, EMS).
- Good understanding of networking technologies.
- Proven ability to function in a self-directed environment.
- Must excel in a fast-paced, agile environment where critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills are required for success.
- Innovative thinker who is positive, proactive and readily embraces change.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Willing to occasionally work outside standard business hours when required.
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- MS900 or higher Microsoft cloud certification.
- ITIL Certified.
- Web development, python, and/or scripting/automation experience.
