As a Technical Manager, you will oversee the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to solution delivery, ensuring high standards in software development and cloud-based deployments. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, designing scalable architectures, and managing project timelines and budgets. This is a hands-on role requiring a strategic mindset and technical expertise in software development and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Lead end-to-end project management for complex technical initiatives.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Solution Architecture:
- Design and oversee robust, scalable solution architectures aligned with business requirements.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure adherence to architectural guidelines and standards.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies and recommend technology solutions that optimize performance and cost.
Software Development:
- Provide hands-on support to development teams, including code reviews, troubleshooting, and best practices guidance.
- Ensure high-quality coding standards, design principles, and performance optimization in software solutions.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends to introduce cutting-edge technologies and methodologies into the development process.
Cloud Management:
- Oversee the deployment and management of cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Ensure cloud infrastructure is scalable, secure, and cost-efficient.
- Manage cloud resource allocation, performance, and monitoring, while ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in technical project management, solution architecture, software development, and cloud services.
- Proficiency with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (Jira, Asana).
- Strong expertise in solution architecture and software development, with hands-on experience in Python, Java or .NET.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including infrastructure design, deployment, and maintenance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic, results-oriented mindset.
