Job Descriptions:
- Conduct regular checks to ensure building facilities are maintained at high standards
- Carry out minor repairs / trouble shooting works
- Attend to tenants’ requests for maintenance related matters
- Able to carry out works (e.g. painting, carpentry work etc. when necessary)
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:-
- NTC 2/3 or NITEC in Mechanical / Electric / Building
- Computer skills in MS Words and Excel
- At least 1-year relevant working experience in maintenance of M & E systems and building facilities and implementing improvement works
