Marketing Administrator

Corten Interior Solutions Pte. Ltd.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to support our Marketing team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient execution of marketing initiatives.


Responsibilities & Duties

  • Take care of various administrative tasks, such as editing and updating templates and documentation that the team uses for communicating withclients.
  • Prepare report and maintain databases.
  • Coordinate events.
  • Scheduling meetings and showroom visits.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.
  • Maintaining the company's library of marketing content and templates.
  • Updating company's website.
  • Providing admin support for company events and activities.
  • Gathering content to support marketing campaigns.


Requirements

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Organizational ability.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
  • A goal-oriented attitude.
