Job Description:
- Participate in an in-house engineering squad to support the Singapore Government’s Commercial Cloud Platform, focusing on design, development, and operational excellence.
- Develop and maintain the platforms used by multiple government agencies.
- Collaborate with the product teams to analyze, enhance and ensure the reliability and sustainability of products throughout the product development cycle.
- Support product teams on the integration of their systems into the SEED zero trust network solution.
- Support end users on the enrolment of their devices into the SEED zero trust network solution.
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for DevOps practices, driving contributions to automation, system availability, scalability, and resiliency within the team and across the wider government development community.
- Ensure infrastructure as code deployment security with various CICD toolchain such as Gitlab, Atlassian, Terraform.
- Proactively keep up with the latest technical advancement in Zero Trust, SASE, IAC solutions.
- Act as the subject matter expert for EUC, supporting L3 Ops issues, and guiding and training L2 Ops teams.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in building large, scalable infrastructure and platforms with IAC and GitOps.
- Experience in designing and implementing Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
- Familiar with cloud services such as AWS and Azure.
- Familiar with Zero Trust Network solutions such as Azure AD Conditional Access and Cloudflare Access.
- Familiar with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions such as Intune.
- Familiar with networking concepts such as DNS resolution, VPN software and tunnelling proxies.
- Experienced in supporting MDM and VPN issues on the Windows and MacOS operating system.
- Experienced in large-scaled distributed environments and their challenges.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, Gitlab/Atlassian and securing deployment pipelines.
- Experienced with IAC deployments and its best practices.
- Familiar with IAC security and opensource tools in relevant domains.
- Good understanding and prior experience on GitOps.
- Knowledge of Node.js, Python or other scripting languages.
- Practiced Site Reliability Engineering principles.
