Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in purchasing construction materials include sourcing and getting quotations.
- Coordinate with department staff for site requests.
- Produce Claim documents based on site work records.
- Produce Traffic control plan drawing for road works.
- Issue and follow-up purchase orders and delivery orders.
- Issue of monthly invoices.
- Assist in issuing quotations based on the project proposals.
- Assist HOD in monthly accounts closing.
- Attend to Miscellaneous administration tasks.
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma holder
- Comfortable working in construction related company.
- Knowledge in Xero accounting platform.
- Proficient in MS office applications.
- AUTOCAD knowledge is an added advantage
- Good interpersonal skills, proactive and independent.
- Able to start work within short notice period.
- Able to Work on saturdays.
