Job Description
- Assist in reviewing, updating, coordinating and generating all architectural works, shop drawings as and when required
- Assist with coordinating and liaising with all Architectural services with other trades on site
- Provide support and arrange for necessary inspections as and when required
- Assist in the deployment and storage of Architectural materials, plant and equipment at the site
- Contract administration of Architectural subcontracts
Job Requirements
- Degree in Building/Architecture
- Relevant working experience on construction projects
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit and Sketchup
- Good technical detailing , specification knowledge and aesthetic sensibilities
- Local building regulation knowledge, submission and tender drawing experience
