Your role:
Are you passionate about delivering new and exciting applications to support the FX Rates and Credit trading desks? Are you motivated to deliver real business value whilst ensuring existing functionality remains intact?
We're looking for someone like that to:
- Work independently on java, .net and excel components
- Refactor and enhance existing components and solutions
- Collaborate with other global IT teams
- Work closely with the business and drive the requirements to completion
- Assist production operations team in rollout and production support
Your team:
You’ll be working in the global FX Rates and Credit markets technology team. We are a fast paced, highly motivated, delivery focused but friendly team, present in 3 countries covering US, Europe and Asia Pacific. Our job is to create and deliver innovative solutions for business problems whilst maintaining a complex platform.
Your expertise:
- Possess minimally 5 years of extensive experience with.net WPF
- Well versed with core java (java 8 and above)
- Good understanding of low-latency, multi-threaded code
- Reasonable experience with spring bootstrap framework
- Knowledge of how websockets work
- Experience in automated testing and continuous integration
- Experience working with complex Excel [preferably 64bit] and VBA applications
- Preferably basic knowledge on financial products like swaps, forwards/futures, bonds, etc.
